HEALTHY BODY WILL STAND 3 HOURS A DAY

In the recent era Obesity or too fat or in other words, obesity is a serious health threat. Obesity is one of the causes of life and lifestyle patterns that are less sedentary (less physical activity). The workers and office employees every day just doing their work activities just by sitting alone in the seat as a result many of them are becoming obese. A research has shown that just by standing there for 3 hours a day without doing any strenuous activity it can help you burn fat by 3.6 kg / year.
